JUAN JOSÉ ALBARRACÍN SA, founded in 1854, is the oldest company in the production and distribution of paprika. In perpetual expansion, this 6th generation family business continues to invest in new technologies and equipments to improve the efficiency and safety of its processes.
SUGAR INPROCESS SAS, the Transitube brand department that manages the food sector in Spain, has been studying and implementing the new plan to take the paprika back to the ground level and transport it up to the second floor of a platform for high-efficiency packaging line. "It was essential, says Cristina VELA DE ORO (Integrated Quality Systems Manager), to integrate a sustainable and reliable system in this manufacturing phase where we can not allow any unplanned shutdown. We have already worked on three occasions with Transitube over the last twenty years, and beyond knowing perfectly the complex characteristics of our products, they have always adapted to our requests both in terms of technical developments of our equipment in place, than on the regulatory monitoring and the ever more stringent constraints of our sector. "
The technical part studied in collaboration with Javier VÁSQUEZ (Production Quality Management), was defined according to frequent cleaning constraints with optimized disassembly elements and automated flow control. Indeed, the system had to adapt to a variable flow upstream, in a wide operating range. That's why the system is driven with self-adjusting flow control to compensate these large variations.

Massamiri for Trade & Industry LTD is a Syrian company founded in 1970 in Damascus, by Gabriel Massamiri. The main activities are the trading in raw materials for food industries and the production of food products.
MM Gabriel & Elie MASSAMIRI were searching, for their new production lines, conveyors to fill mixers from bag discharging hoppers on the ground and bagging units with weigth control of open top bags after security sieving of the different mix.
The critical points we wanted to solve, says M. Elie MASSAMIRI, was to find full bagging units able to be easily installed and to adapt our working conditions in this geographical area, as it was for new production lines in two factories, one in Lebanon and one in Syria. The materials had to satisfy last international food quality and norms. The solution proposed by Sugar Inprocess with a standard bag filling without any dust, with possibilities to quickly change the inlet for several bags formats was a first argument to choose their technology. The easy installation with complete gestion with Siemens touch screen completely adapted to our requirements and with all mechanical and electrical components internationally recognized in the industrial market as Transitube conveyors were a plus. We were also sensible to their long term partnerships forged with numerous customers in Middle East and Africa, so we were sure to receive the best commercial and technical support not only from contract signature to local start-up assistance but also to build good relationships and follow our industrial activity.
