PASS THROUGH THE IMAGE TO OPEN
The materials to be conveyed are fed in a constant and continuous manner (screws, valves, conveyors,... or by gravity) through the inlet duct (1).
The rotating element (2), with a specially designed profile conveys them to the sieving body and, by centrifugal effect, projects them through the sieving grid (3), without contact between these elements.
This grid is calibrated according to the particle size to be obtained. Larger particles are discharged to the rejection duct (4), while the sieved product is collected in the outlet chute (5) of the sifter.

Vibrating screens can be easily integrated into existing production circuits.
They can be combined with other equipment in our range such as flexible feeders, dosers, extractors, anti-bridging units, etc. and brought into line with vacuum transfers thanks to its total tightness.
Quiet and space- saving, it requires minimal maintenance.
Its tool free dismantling is very easy and fast, simplifying cleaning operations when changing batches or products.
