Our emptying stations are designed with a top part in two versions: either self-contained with monorail and integrated hoist, or with loading of the big bag by forklift.
The flow of the material is a key parameter in order to allow the product to drain with a constant flow rate into the lower outlet. Knowledge of the flowability of your product is therefore necessary to ensure complete emptying. A progressive lifting system for the big bag prevents residual losses in the FIBC.
If your product doesn't flow naturally, we also offer solutions such as the vibrated hopper or the bottom massage.
BULK BAG UNLOADING
If your consumption of raw materials exceeds a certain volume,
it is necessary to use a FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container), also called Bulk bag, Super sack or big-bag.
