The flexible screw conveyor is specially designed for elevating and conveying crystal sugar from one point to another.
Very adaptable, it can easily be connected downstream and upstream of the line with all machines or storage units.
Our tubes are made of Food Grade 100% bio-sourced or preformed stainless steel AISI304L and 316L.
Special coupling and supporting collars are used for perfect fitting on site.
The mechanical flexible reinforced spiral generates by its rotation an helicoidal effect of the product inside the tube which permits the transfer without demix.
The models we propose can reach an instant output from 3 000 to 10 000 liters / hour, in horizontal transfer or with an inclination from 0 to 90°.
The possible curves are from 3 to 6 meters radius following models and on site implantation.
