All sugars with small particle size, up to 300 µ require the use of a mechanical anti-bridging system to assure a continuous dosing output. The SUGAR INPROCESS® ISD anti-bridging and dosing unit is specially designed to be connected beneath cylindrical or cylindro conical hoppers and dose precisely and constantly the icing sugar.
