The anti dust inlet can be used separatly to be added to your existing filling unit, or with its standard support with adjustable platform and a pneumatic command for pressure control

The complete unit is delivered with its load cells platform associated to a weighing control with tactile panel.

The bag filler unit permits to fill in open top bags every kind of dry sugar for cadencies up to about 60 to 80 bags per hour with one filling head.

The bags can be placed with a perfect ergonomy thanks to the head system while actionning the command of the expandable seal for a complete anti-dust filling. The height of the seal is designed to protect the superior part of the bags and avoid any accumulation of fine powders for a perfect next phase of thermo adhesion for closing it.
