The mobile units SUGAR INPROCESS are completely plug and play and are designed to help their integration on several discharging points (packaging machines, bags filling machines, mixers, tanks...)

Its conception had been studied to be moved in a single working area, or in several place by tilting it and move it on castor wheels. The tilting of the system also permits to help the maintenance by an easily emptying and cleaning.

The pyramidal hopper with 60° angles is adapted to be filled by crystal or grinded sugar with free flowing characteristics, and a vibrator on timer as an option can complete the unit in a way to help the flowing for some particle sizes less than 300 microns.

The product is elevated by a mechanical flexible conveyor, without filters, without bearings, only with a flexible spiral giving the guarantee of continuous and invariable output. The complete unit is controlled with an integrated electrical cabinet.
