The mechanical flexible conveyor SSU series is specially designed with integrated mechanical silo unloader, anti-bridging and extraction for elevating and conveying crystal sugar from one point to another. It can be connected beneath your cylindro-conical silos from 20 tons to 100 tons.

Our tubes are made of preformed adjustable stainless steel AISI304L and 316L, for a perfect adjustment on site, with adapted coupling and supporting collar.

The mechanical flexible reinforced spiral generates by its rotation an helicoidal effect of the product inside the tube which permits the transfer without friction. The models we propose can reach an instant output from 3 000 to 10 000 kilograms / hour, in horizontal transfer or with an inclination from 0 to 90°. The possible curves are from 3 to 6 meters radius following models and on site implantation.
