Homogeneous and continuous sugaring of fried donuts and filled berliners
The concept consists in sugaring in continuous a fine sugar, icing sugar, or snow sugar on donuts (Ø90-95mm) or mini-donuts (Ø50-65mm), while mixing and conveying them on an horizontal double body soft fibers brushes (VFS). The Soft Fibers Sugaring system is inserted between fryer / cooler and the packaging lines for cadencies up to 25 000 units / hour with mini-donuts and 17 000 units / hour with bigger models. The material is specially designed to run 7 days a week 24h/24 including cleaning phases or frequent sugar changes.
